Testet for tøffe forhold

Elektrisk og elektronisk utstyr må kunne tåle den mekaniske belastningen det vil bli utsatt for under tiltenkt bruk. Dette kan for eksempel være ekstreme temperaturer eller sterke vibrasjoner. Applica Test & Certification har utstyr og kompetanse til å teste produkter i henhold til gjeldende krav/standarder for å bekrefte at de tåler den spesifiserte klima- og mekaniske belastningen.

Vibrasjon og støt (sjokk)

Applica Test & Sertifisering har to store vibratorer; én med en kapasitet på opptil 1 tonn. Kapasiteten er enda høyere hvis produktet får plass på et spesiallaget feste.
Vi utfører akkreditert vibrasjons- og støtprøving (sjokkprøving) i henhold til følgende standarder:

  • IEC 60945 Maritime navigation and radiocommunication equipment and systems

  • IEC 60068-2-75 Test Eh: Hammer tests
  • IEC 60068-2-31 Test Ec: Rough handling shocks, primarily for equipment-type specimens
  • IEC 60068-2-6 Test Fc: Vibration (sinusoidal)
  • IEC 60068-2-4 Test Fh: Vibration, broadband random and guidance
  • IEC 60068-2-27 Test Ea and guidance: Shock
  • API17F (ikke akkreditert) Standard for Subsea Production and Processing Control Systems
Temperatur og fuktighet (klimatest)

Applica Test & Sertifisering har 4 mindre kamre, 1 dedikert skap til salttåke tørking, 1 temperatursjokk /syklisk (± 15C°/min) og 2 «walk in» kamre.

IP og salttåke (saltmist)

IP- og salttåketesting utføres i henhold til:

  • MIL-STD-810 Department of Defense Test Method Standard – Environmental Engineering Considerations and Laboratory Tests
